Kim Staples is an artist based in Kansas City dealing mainly in ceramics. She graduated with a BFA in painting and ceramics in 2019. Her works stems from an obsessive love for pigeons and everything that they can do.

My winter project was this neat hat sash. Too depressed and cold to do clay but still needed hands to be busy so I did a lot of hand sewing and I love this hat and wanted to decorate it! Hopefully now that it's warming up I'll have clay stuff to shar

This is Rob doing a big stretch! He's inspired by a machenero pouter pigeon and I really love that marble swirl on his crop!
